About Us
Mission
The mission of the New Orleans Achievement Foundation is to transform lives and strengthen communities across generations. We invest in impactful programs that empower youth, support families, engage seniors, and combat food insecurity throughout our city. Through education, service, and strategic partnerships, we help individuals grow, thrive, and build a brighter, more unified future.
We are committed to action that uplifts. Every initiative we lead delivers meaningful results, whether mentoring young people, supporting families, honoring seniors, or ensuring access to essential resources and opportunities for all.
Vision
We envision a New Orleans where every young person has the opportunity to succeed, every family feels supported, and every elder is honored with dignity and respect. Our vision is a compassionate, connected city where opportunity is shared and each generation strengthens the next.
About the Foundation
As the philanthropic arm of the New Orleans (LA) Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., the New Orleans Achievement Foundation is a trusted partner in service and a catalyst for progress. We address some of the city’s most pressing challenges education, food insecurity, youth development, and senior care through programs that create measurable impact and lasting change.
Collaboration is at the heart of our work. By partnering with schools, nonprofits, businesses, faith-based organizations, and civic leaders, we combine resources and relationships to expand access and opportunity. Together, we uplift the spirit of New Orleans and create generational impact.
